30-Day Return Policy

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return — even if the item has been tried on.

Eligibility for Returns

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and a short explanation of the reason for your return or feedback on how we can improve.

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective, or

  • The wrong product was sent.

Defective/Wrong Item: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the replacement and reship it at no additional cost.

Please note: delays caused by customs clearance or international transit are not considered valid reasons for a refund.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please report it within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please mention this in your return request. Exchanges depend on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as limited editions, final-sale products, or personalized orders, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at wearsantos.contact@gmail.com. Include a photo or video clearly showing the issue to help us verify and resolve it quickly.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
To cancel, email us at wearsantos.contact@gmail.com with your order number and “CANCELLATION REQUEST” in the subject line.
